I Am Having Major Computer Problems, Not Computer But Mainly Internet Problems, How Do I Fix Them?

Here are my main problems. The FIRST problem is that my internet is being extremely slow and I have high-speed internet. SECOND one is that it won’t allow me to download anything off the internet. The THIRD one is that it won’t allow me to watch any kind of video or listen to anykind of audio stuff (online radio, etc.) All of these are internet problems and I’m wondering how to fix them. Does anyone know what’s wrong and how I fix these problems?
Seems like there is some kind of restriction that is bening places on your computer by your down personal firewall or by your company/school firewall or by your ISP Firewall.
If you can give me further details about your computer OS, Your Firewall or Antivirus i can give you a better answer.

you must call your ISP then ask for help…. you don’t have any parential software install in your pc huh?
you can call an internet expert or do what I do install anti virus system suck as avg,soft spy.
